Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Client Relationship Executive to help us onboard clients and maintain long-term business relationships. If you have strong people skills and a passion for sustainable solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Onboard new customers and build long-term client relationships
- Liaise with e-waste generators in Govt., Semi-Govt., and Corporate sectors
- Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams
- Present at client meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and business development strategy
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and client servicing
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
- Exposure to sustainability, recycling, or IT industries
