Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales operations for renewed IT and networking products. This role is ideal for someone who understands online marketplaces, pricing strategy, product positioning, and performance marketing, and can drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize sales across online marketplaces and the company website.
- Create and improve SEO-optimized, high-conversion product listings.
- Plan inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate stock availability.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and pricing dynamics.
- Monitor competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
- Plan and run promotional campaigns including festive sales and offers.
- Track and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue growth.
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, and reduce product return rates.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Identify and launch new product categories online
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales.
- Hands-on experience managing online marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance metrics, and pricing strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in refurbished electronics, IT assets, or consumer electronics.
- Exposure to sustainability and circular economy concepts.
- Experience in scaling D2C or online brands.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain coordination
