Role Summary
We’re on the lookout for an experienced professional to lead our IT product refurbishment department as a Consultant or Freelancer. The right candidate will be responsible for establishing end-to-end processes, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and maintaining the highest quality standards in the refurbishment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a refurbishment strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify and adopt advanced refurbishment technologies and workflows
- Analyze market trends to keep processes competitive and innovative
- Oversee procurement, testing, repair, and quality assurance of IT products
- Establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure products meet high standards through rigorous quality control
- Drive sustainable practices within the refurbishment lifecycle
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware and refurbishment methods
- Understanding of quality standards and compliance practices
- Familiarity with e-waste management laws and sustainability norms
- Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills
- Ability to set up processes from scratch and scale operations
