Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Client Relationship Executive to help us onboard clients and maintain long-term business relationships. If you have strong people skills and a passion for IT solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, networks, and servers.
  • Set up computers, peripherals, and test network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and browsers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and peripheral issues including printers.
  • Handle LAN setup, router installation, and ensure stable internet connectivity.
  • Respond to internal and external customer issues and log calls in ERP systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution and closure of service requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation and customer acknowledgements for service reports.
  • Perform fault diagnosis, repairs, and quality checks on IT equipment.
  • Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle customer field returns and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Follow daily priorities and ensure efficient task execution.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment at the service center.
  • Maintain safety and security of all equipment and assets.
  • Support service revenue generation through effective service delivery.
  • Handle and submit daily service-related collections.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support or service engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking, and operating systems.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in IT hardware servicing or field support.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and service reporting.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
